SHIPPING & SALES TERMS:
We have shipped our seeds throughout the U.S. and Canada nearly every
business day for more than a decade and have
found first class postal air mail to be reliable, economical
and relatively quick. As such it is our default
preferred shipping method.
All of our seed orders are shipped in padded
packaging. Actual shipping time in transit for first class postal air mail is usually 6-12 business days for North America once the order has been filled and shipped. Our seed orders are usually filled and shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving your order unless we are dealing with high seasonal order volumes which can add a few business days to the turn around time.
Air mail postal shipments travel at the risk of the purchaser. An insured expedited shipment option is also available @ $15.00-$20.00 Contact us.
Unless we are made aware of a different shipping address all shipments are sent to the credit card billing invoice address entered by the customer in the check out stage.
SEED SALES:
For quality reasons we do not sell pre-packaged seeds. No Angelgrove seeds
are shipped to customers via 'tree product' reseller type websites, 1-800 number drop ship 'office suite addresses' or any other address other than our own. All of our seeds are shipped directly to our customers from the Angelgrove Tree Seed Company seed house address. For customer protection and for quality considerations we no longer allow any 'garden products' or 'tree products' reseller type websites to offer, advertise or sell our tree seeds. No one else sells our seeds.)
All of our seeds are drawn from the Angelgrove Tree Seed Bank and packaged at
the seed house immediately prior to shipping directly to our customer.
Seeds are perishable and seed sales final.
If you have any concerns with your purchase you are invited to contact
us. We can not make guarantees as to productiveness as we are not actually doing the propagating, however we do provide detailed germination instructions based on our own propagation success with each variety and we offer
recent harvest seeds only which have been professionally handled. A high percentage of our customers are yearly repeat satisfied customers.
